Start with the actual eligibility pathway
HRSA identifies Section 318 as the authority for STD funding. The documentation review should establish which covered-entity category applies and the qualifying support associated with the registered organization and sites. Prepare an evidence file
As a preparation step, collect the applicable award documentation, any relevant subrecipient or support agreement, registered site details, and the current instructions received from HRSA. Reconcile inconsistencies with the responsible grantor and the authorized official before submission.
Keep the responsible contacts current
